The Moment Money Matters - True Hard Money




True hard money is private money that is funded based on the deal or asset being presented. In the current market, there has been an influx of institutional money behind the scenes of some hard money lenders. What this has done is allowed traditional banking money to underwrite what should be considered a hard money deal. You know you are dealing with institutionally backed hard money when you have to order an actual appraisal, submit your tax returns or give your W2. Be aware of who you are dealing with when searching out private funding so you don't think you are getting one thing and really getting another.

Auction.com was part of over 60,000 transactions last year which is a staggering number. Within a sample size that large, there is a lot of good data that can be pulled in order to determine buying trends, types of properties, market strength etc. Michael Jansta goes into depth on who the average clients are that use Auction.com.
