The next day we went around visiting people and temples. Near the village was a hillock. On this hillock was a small temple of the divine mother. The temple was kind of, in the open, the Goddess was out in the open, on a platform with a few stones placed around giving an impression of being semi-constructed or perhaps someone might think of it as rundown, while the covering roof of the Temple needed to be made. The statue of the divine mother, itself was not very large. It seemed to be a local Temple of not much significance, just another temple on the outskirts of a village in India. We were three persons, Sumer Muni was busy talking to a villager while I walked a couple of footsteps to the statue and bowed to her while standing. Then, I turned around to participate in the conversation. Unexpectedly, I heard the statue comment “Why? You only bow properly and completely before large Temples?”
