Gegara kemarin makan ini dirumah sepupu cuma kebagian setengah 😌 akhirnya sampe rumah punya niatan hrs bikin..eh ga terasa udh hbs 5 😄

Bahan-bahan:
225 gr Tepung ketan
75 gr Kentang kukus, haluskan
75 gr Gula pasir
1/4 sdt Garam
175 cc Air hangat
100 gr Wijen
Secukupnya Air untuk celupan

Bahan Isi :
100 gr Kacang ijo kupas, rendam selama 1 jam dan kukus 25 menit
100 cc Santan
1/8 sdt Garam
50 gr Gula pasir
1/8 sdt Vanili bubuk

Langkah
Kulit :
Campur tepung ketan, kentang, gula dan garam. Masukkan air hangat sedikit demi sedikit, aduk hingga adonan kalis dan dapat dibentuk. Timbang adonan @ 20 gr

Isi :
Blender kacang ijo dan santan. Masukkan ke dalam panci, tambahkan gula, garam dan vanili. Masak hingga adonan kalis . Timbang adonan isi @ 10 gr
Ambil adonan kulit, pipihkan tambahkan isi, bulatkan kembali. Celup ke air lalu gulingkan ke wijen. Goreng dengan api sedang hingga kuning keemasan

NOTE : Tadi sy kehabisan bahan kulit trs sy buat lg dgn kentangnya sy ganti tepung beras ternyata dia lbh kokoh tp kurang lembut..jd menurut sy lbh enak dgn tambahan kentang 😊

Ingredients:

600 g pumpkin
500 ml chicken bouillon
20 g ginger
20 ml olive oil
1 pcs onion
2 pcs garlic cloves
2 pcs carrot
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp thyme
200 ml chicken bouillon
100 ml milk
¼ tsp cinnamon
14-20 pcs pumpkin seeds
10 g cheddar cheese
10 g bell pepper
10 g dill

Cooking method:

1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into dices.
2. Add the dices in the saucepan, pour chicken bouillon, add the chopped ginger and cook for 15-20 minutes.
3. In the frying pan fry the chopped onion, garlic and the grated carrots with olive oil.
4. Blend the cooked pumpkin dices and the fried mixture in the blender.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, thyme.
6. Add the chicken bouillon, milk and keep blending.
7. Add the mixture in the saucepan, season with cinnamon and simmer for 5 minutes.
8. Decorate with pumpkin seeds, cheddar cheese, bell pepper and dill.

Ingredients:

8 pcs eggs
1L milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 pcs chicken breasts
60 ml olive oil
1 pcs onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 pcs carrot
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp salt
1 bunch coriander




Cooking method

1. In a mixing bowl stir eggs with milk, flour and add salt.
2. Pour a quarter of the mixture into the pan, tilting to coat the entire base.
3. Cook each sides until lightly golden brown.
4. Put the chicken breasts in the saucepan and cook for 20 minutes.
5.For the filling pour the olive oil in the frying pan and fry finely chopped onion, garlic, grated carrot.
6. Season with black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt and add finely chopped coriander.
7. All mix well and the filling is ready.
8. Put a layer of pancake and add a tablespoon of the filling in the middle and roll-up the layer.
9. Fry the rolled-up pancakes in the olive oil.
