Hi,
I'm Manikumar, a computer science undergraduate. I am interested in working on the project of Biopython SeqRecord abstraction layer for antiSmash. I have been working with python for about 2 years and possess a good command over the programming language. I am looking forward to discussing the project in more detail and start working on it. Any guidance on where to start?

Thankyou.

Congratulations on getting selected for GSoC 2017. I am interested in working on a project related to antiSMASH. Any leads on how I can start contributing or get added to the mailing list?

The project that I am keen working on is: Nextflow Integration with NCBI sequence read archive (SRA) and the mentors for the project are: Evan Floden, Maria Chatzou, Paolo Di Tommaso.

Looking forward to hear back from you.

Thank you!
