Need ideas for GF pass around hors d'oeuvres at a 150-200 person event. No sit down dinner, heavy appetizers mostly handed out by servers, and I'm trying to make the ENTIRE thing gluten free. (only 2 actual Celiac coming but I want to prove to everyone that GF isn't hard). Here's what I have so far, but I need more. Especially vegetarian.
- Various Indian tandoor oven items (chicken, lamb, prawns)
- Caprese Skewers
- mini veggie sandwiches
- Platters (cheese, meat).
