I have an excellent Burghaus pack that I am very attached to and suits my small frame. I have been using it for treks in Nepal for several years now.  On a trip a few years ago I was fortunate to meet up with Rob and hear all about Pro -Tector. This year I finally got around to purchasing one of the Backpack a  Pro-Tector travel  wallet. Needless to say I was thrilled with the performance of both items .. The cover is strong, well made and keeps the dust and mud out and protects my pack when its thrown up on the roof of a bus or on the trail. The wallet  kept all my travel documents together, no fumbling in an Immigration line ever again. The small loop for arm means hands are free to juggle the other bits. My pack  was also very easy to spot on the baggage carousel. I love the fact that all the Pro-Tector range is made in Nepal, which is another way for me to support this country that I love..

Pro-Tector Travel Pouch Review
By Konrad Nofer, Worcestershire, UK.  12th May 2015
I’ve been using one of these pouches for several months. This ‘Electric Green’ Pro-Tector Travel Pouch is now a regular feature for travels abroad (to Spain once a month) and regular hiking. The wide waist band plus wings ensure a comfortable fit either over or under a fleece/pullover. The number of pockets and zips provide sensible separation and accessibility of items such as passport, tickets, money, phone, small camera, keys with enough space left for a couple of energy bars/sweets. In summary, this pouch has shown to be a well-made, extremely versatile and useful addition to my, and anyone else’s, armoury.

I bought a backpack cover from Pro-tector a few years ago as I have a good pack for tramping and wanted to protect all the straps etc while flying and travelling.  I have used it a few times and it is brilliant.  It protects my expensive pack, and is also easy to spot on the luggage carousel.   I bought the wallet as well, and love it.  It is hard wearing and you can safely attach your key inside which is a brilliant idea.
I have trekked in Nepal, and what I love most is that Rob supports the Nepalese through the manufacture and sale of these products.
