CRISPY CHEESY KOREAN PANCAKES

YOU'LL NEED...
150 grams thinly sliced pork belly
1/4 bunch chives
1/2 onion
50 grams shredded cheese
2 tbsp sesame oil
6 tbsp flour
3 tbsp potato starch
100 cc water
1 tsp instant powdered chicken bouillon
(sauce)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp vinegar
white sesame seeds
LET'S GET COOKING...
Slice onion thinly and cut chives to 1 cm length.
In a bowl, combine flour, potato starch, water and chicken bouillon.
Add the onions and chives to the batter.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and pour the batter in. When both sides are cooked, transfer to a plate.
In the same frying pan, add sesame oil and line with pork slices. Top with shredded cheese.
Place the cooked pancake on top of the cheese and pork. Press it down with a spatula. Once the pork is fully cooked and crispy, flip it over. Transfer to a plate.
Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and sesame seeds and mix well.
Cut the pancake into wedges and serve with the sauce.
