Lesson 2 Discussion:
Respond to at least 2 classmates' action plans. For the first, compare and contrast a plan that has the same natural disaster as yours. For the second, read through a plan with a different natural disaster than yours and explain something new that you learned.

Lesson 3 Discussion:
After interacting with all of your classmates in real time, which first aid skills would you feel comfortable administering in an emergency situation? Be specific as to why you would feel comfortable helping someone in that emergency situation. If you have ever dealt with someone in an emergency situation and are comfortable sharing I invite you to do so.

Attach your action plan to this prompt.

Attach or link to your group's misleading advertisement below.

Congratulations! You have successfully completed this safety course! Now imagine if you were to do it all over again, what advice would you give to your past self? Even better, what advice would you give to the next group of students to take this class?
Please write a letter (at least 3 paragraphs) to a student who will take this class next semester. Your letter should be written in google drive and shared to this post as a link.

Now that we have finished lesson 2 please take a few minutes to complete the course evaluation listed below. This evaluation will help me to make any adjustments for the next two lessons.

Lesson 1 Discussion:
Were you able to identify how each of your classmate's advertisements was misleading? Explain what clues you saw and in which way the advertisement was trying to have you believe something that was not wholly truthful. Were there any you found yourself believing?

Lesson 4 Discussion:

Safety is important in an online classroom and physical classroom?

What are some considerations students and teachers should take into consideration in both environments?

What are the unique concerns in each environment?

Use this prompt to brainstorm items for our final "Community Safety Guidelines".
