Nah, I'll stick with Sling TV.

Hey everyone, do you know if Investigation Discovery is available after cutting the cord? That is the one channel my wife has to have. I've looked at Roku and Playon but haven't been able to confirm if it works.

The interest in services such as Slingtv makes me wonder if a lot of people are unaware of just how much great content is actually available on the Internet.   Content that is mostly free and legal. So, I though I would start a conversion of where to get great free content on the internet.

My contribution and first up CBS
CBS has a ton of great shows and they offer a few free episodes for almost all of them. New episodes are posted the same  day or the next day and the best part is they are advertising free. I would estimate. CBS has online more  than 45 shows including drama, comedy and documentary. This add up to way more than 90 hours of free content per week.

CBS also has a paid subscription service called CBS All Access that has live TV and an archive of over 6500 episodes. At $5.99/month this is not a terrible deal, if you can get it. CBS All Access has many of geographic restrictions.

Plex has a nice CBS channel which I use. No doubt there is also a CBS XBMC channel.  My viewing default is to always to use Plex, when I can because of its great interface.

PS - There is NO MONTHLY FEE for the OTA DVR Channel Master unit. A phenomenal plus for those that are sick and tired of the monthly this and that for TV, HD, DVR, and Programming. #MrAntennaUSA

On Thursday, in my opinion, the  FCC made a great decision on  Net Neutrality.  To celebrate I thought I would re-watch this video. Without a doubt the funiest activist video ever. Like the decision or not this is priceless and great CordCutter TV.
