This is an old article talking about a man who created a cashless currency to make economic trades in his village easier. The Russian Government, on the other hand, put him on prosecute him for subverting the economic security of the Russian State. The Government will always get in the way of economic and social freedom.

The currency he created was a cryptocurrency called Kolions. The man responsible for creating Kolions, his name is Shlyapnikov. Shlyapnikov named the currency after his village, Kolionovo. It was specifically for making economic transactions easier, but the Russian Government wants to control the economy and letting someone take matters into his/her own hands to help the economy is just unacceptable.

Government is holding back economic success, it just evidently fact at this point. Denial of this is means just denying facts at this point.

Rating books by age numbers turns readers away and makes them feel not empowered to read, the number of boys who are readers has declined due to banning Captain Underpants books which can also give girls an opportunity to learn about the psychology of boys and how they feel. Libraries should not make students know their place because they are already in the right place to learn safely without the fear of others judging them based on what they read. Libraries should create fans of books not fears of books.
