Q: Salam sejahtera. My wife and I bought a house joint loan and S&P 11 years ago. Both withdrew from EPF for down payment and monthly instalments. 6 years ago we refinance the loan to my name only (both name still in S&P). We have not yet sold the property and plan to buy a house. Is this considered 2nd property for my wife if we intend to withdraw from EPF again? If cannot withdraw, how can we transfer the property to my name only so she can purchase a second property using EPF? Thks for any advice.

A: Dear Anonymous, to determine your first property: IF both your names are on any property is considered as your 1st property.
