Hello, My name is Rachel Rauch and I have been listening to this podcast for a few months now. It even got me into making my own game that parodies the hero's journey and character archetypes. Imagine something like the "Everyone is Prince John" game, but even more FANTASTIC.

Since you are well-versed games and even have your own experience making games, I was hoping that you'd be able to give me some advice on improving it and using it on an actual play podcast. I was also hoping that because I'm almost done with it, I was wondering if you might be interested in playing it on your podcast.

I know you probably get a lot of requests like this so I'm sorry for this. I just wanted to let you know how much your podcast means to me.

Thank you!!!

I ended up listening to the podcast because of Senda and Phil on that podcast that Emily doesn't think exists. My first episodes were the "Alas for the Awful Sea" episodes, and the pip system baking competition sessions have been killing me.

I've been working my way through the back list, and I was especially interested in the Soth play through, since I hope to psych myself up to run that at a convention some time.

I'm two episodes in, and my ribs hurt. You guys are awesome.

How did I not realize there was a community for this show?

New Episode up today!  The wonderful +Hannah Shaffer  joins us with special guest +PK Sullivan  to run us a play test of her upcoming game Damn the Man, Save the Music.  Three outcast teens tackle the monumental task of saving their record store from selling out to THE MAN while simultaneously being angsty and terrible at communicating! And dammit, stop sneaking up on me like that, Johan!

Thanks to our Patreon Backers, we bring you the first episode of our behind the scenes mini-cast: New Level! We were too excited to wait for the month to actually go by!  Individual backer rewards will be in the works starting in March. On today's episode we answer a question from +Swallows of the South Podcast: What was our most transformative game experience? (amidst some silliness.)

We'll be releasing new episodes and answering your questions OR finding other folks to talk with on New Level once a month as long as we maintain our milestone goal of $150 a month. You too can check out our patreon at patreon.com/sasgeek!

On today's episode, we continue to struggle with freezing temperatures after strange visions, use trash can lids as shields, and then...then things REALLY get weird.
+Katrina Ostrander continues to run us through End of the World: Wrath of the Gods with special guest +Darcy Ross :bit.ly/EotW2
