where do I find PCM on the Sound Menu

I've got a UN55KU6300 4k. The other day the tv randomly turned off. When I went to turn it back on it took forever for it to respond, then it just flashed "Smart TV" went black for about a minute and then snow, no sound. The remote functions do not work, can't go home, can't change input, channel etc. The buttons on the TV also do nothing. I went on samsung site community and there were quite a few other people with this exact same issue with no fix to speak of. My tv isn't even 2yrs old, unfortunately the warranty expired in October. Has anyone else experienced this issue and we're you able to fix it or get it fixed?
