What would it be like if you had a place you could go, to talk with many other women about anything going on in your life without judgment or fear of reprisal? Fertility, struggles, fears, sexual issues, relationships, dreams? What if you could pass on your knowledge to a younger generation wanting desperately to understand what is going on within themselves and their bodies? There is nothing more empowering! Within the Red Tent we care for one another and are cared for ourselves with healing, song, dancing, meditation, story telling, council, quiet rest, herbs, arts, sharing together, etc. We care for ourselves in learning more about our bodies, our ways of dealing with overcoming stress and learning to be more gentle with ourselves. And, we find a community of supportive, understanding women to gather in solace with.
~What is said in the red tent stays in the red tent. The RED TENT is safety and respect.
