I'm meeting with our college president tomorrow to discuss her social media efforts. I have a small handful of examples but want to put it to the group: who's your administrative or presidential hero when it comes to social media? Santa Ono seems an obvious choice but that's not how everyone operates. Do you aid ("ghost post" as I like to call it), lend support, or what roles do you have when it comes to supporting your institutional leader?
