Passion for life

People can consistently increase their physical and emotional health, by addressing life from a position of passion, courage, and empathy. Choose to live a centered mindful life and set the aim to be aware of thoughts, feelings, and actions.

People can begin by consciously deciding to have pleasant discussions and communications with other people that will generate a consistent practice. Excuse yourself if you sway and forgive others if their communications are not the greatest. Guide by example.

How to recover from a set back tip

"We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope" ---Martin Luther King

►   If something you are attempting to accomplish isn't working, attempt to objectivity look at the options, setting your emotions aside for a short time.

►  Then choose one, and try to do something original or different.

►  Gaining what you want from life may involve leaving that comfort zone and building your endurance to taking a different kind of risk.
