Baby backs with a Memphis rub, spritzed with a mixture of apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and a little ketchup. Two hours on cherry (which I ran out of), two hours on apple.

Gonna make the people at work jealous later when I pull these out of my lunchbox!
