With some standard tools and some exciting new technologies Microsoft applications and Google Drive could make an excellent partnership.

Is it possible to have answers from a form go into a specific column in an existing spreadsheet? For example, my school has bicycles that students ride during recess. The students have created an inventory with a bicycle number, serial number, and a photo of the bike. We have also created a Google Form to record repairs that has a simple drop-down of the bicycle numbers and a paragraph cell to record the repair. I would like the description of the repair to go into a column to the right of the other bike info based on the number selected from the dropdown. I know that I can filter results once they exist in the spreadsheet, but I want to know if there is a way to just make them appear there automatically.

Make copies of pages using the Duplicate page feature. This means you can create pages and use them as page templates.

Hi everyone,

I've been working on a little project with Google Sites and would love to share it with the community with the hopes that you might want to join in.

As many of our districts are transitioning to New Google Sites, we are faced with a ton of "how does this work" or "what about this feature".

I am putting together a tutorial website featuring what Google Sites can do. We all know there are many things that Google Sites can do that aren't exactly in the documentation (example: insert embedded audio)

My hope for this project is that together we can create a Google Site as trainers that we can all use in our trainings to showcase just how innovative Sites can be.

Please check out the current version:

My next step is to add a tab for real world examples. I'm happy to work with anyone who would like their websites shared on this site, and if you have real world ways of using Sites in the curriculum, I'm interested in adding and sharing these as well.

Thank you for checking this out and providing feedback. I hope you would consider working with me on this passion project to help teachers worldwide become empowered through Google Sites.

We don't know a lot yet, but I got so excited I had to blog about it. There's a great video to see Expeditions AR in action, AND a link to a form to sign-up to pilot this in the Fall!
