Now was time to provide some peace to the mind and soul, and what best place than Metropolitan United Church when in Downtown Toronto. Located on Queen Street east in Toronto’s Garden District, it is one of the largest and most prominent churches of United Churches of Canada. When founded in 1818, it was housed in a small Chapel; and it was in 1833 that a larger structure was completed and it moved to its present location. And peaceful it is! When tired of the trip, just head to Metropolitan United Church, and feel the change.
