"Fall of a Queen. Act VIII., Fall from Graces" (my notes p. 2):
So what happened between Anne & Henry? On 29th of April, Anne argued with Henry Norris, suggesting he had some feelings for her, not noticing they weren’t alone. Soon the entire court talked about Anne and Norris, and when Anne realized, she tried to make Norris go and confess before Henry’s almoner that “the queen is a good woman”. On 2nd May Henry invited Norris to ride with him and then suddenly turned around and gave orders to arrest him.
Mark, as not a nobleman, was very roughly handled in the Tower and after a long day of tortures, he finally confessed to have slept with with Queen. I didn’t matter now, that Rochford and Norris objected it; it was only a proof of their fault. Soon other supporters of Anne were questioned, including the poet Thomas Wyatt, spymaster Francis Bryan, sir Richard Page, as well as Anne’s father, Thomas Boleyn, earl of Wiltshire. Francis and Tomas avoided being locked up in Tower, but Wyatt and Page didn’t have that much luck. Also William Brereton (Anne’s courtier) and Francis Weston (musian/artist) were among the convicts.
Anne,  when informed of her fate, confessed to Thomas Cranmer her innocence, adding she might have not always been good to her husband, the king, but she never sinned against him in any other way.

Anne's execution speech:
"Good Christian people, I am come hither to die, for according to the law, and by the law I am judged to die, and therefore I will speak nothing against it. I am come hither to accuse no man, nor to speak anything of that, whereof I am accused and condemned to die, but I pray God save the king and send him long to reign over you, for a gentler nor a more merciful prince was there never: and to me he was ever a good, a gentle and sovereign lord. And if any person will meddle of my cause, I require them to judge the best. And thus I take my leave of the world and of you all, and I heartily desire you all to pray for me. O Lord have mercy on me, to God I commend my soul."

"Fall of a Queen. Act VIII., Fall from Graces" (my notes):
After 22 of April, Cromwell eagerly took on to realization of his plans and some historians believe in 2 days he managed to convince the king of his wife’s adultery. But actually on 24th king lead an action on finding out about all plots at court in Middlesex and Kent, then 3 days later decided to call a parliament. It’s not likely, that Henry would have changed so fast; rather he was fulfilling is tasks, as Cromwell started examining the first victims, not having made up any story to drag the queen down. He knew only, that he would use Anne’s sex-appeal and charm against her, so started examining the men from her closest background. Firstly he arrested Mark Smeaton, a low-class-born musician and dance master, who lived under patronage of Boleyn family. Next person on his list was Henry Norris, who traveled with Henry on his hunts and often jousted with him, and who was brought to Tower on 2nd day of May. On the same day Anne was accused of adultery with Smeaton, Norris and her brother, George, and was informed of her soon imprisonment in the Tower. It may be probable date of the beginning of the case to be brought to court.
