Muscle imbalances are a common cause of various sorts of injuries in today's society, but more specifically spinal disc injuries. A muscular imbalances is often referred to as one muscle or muscle group being more developed or stronger than an opposing or other muscle group (e.g., weaker). These muscular imbalances often create poor posture and instability in individual's, which often will increase the injury potential risk for people or athlete's. Therefore, in this video, I will be talking about the importance of identifying muscular imbalances, and the importance of addressing these imbalances through you're workout.
