. I am trying to receive a contact number for the Escalation Dept through Healthcare.gov. Per multiple conversations with the Call Center through Healthcare.gov they have no standard policy or guideline for turn around times for applications submitted in relation to requests for health insurance hardship exemptions and that there is no way to speak to the Escalation Dept who handles these applications as to inquire about your pending application. Please advise of any points of contact or recommendation you may have to assist in this matter.
