PROPERTY MANAGERS, you must have some off-time to get away and relax. Here we are at Ocean Shores getting some sun. Property management is a "dirty job" in the sense that we must deal daily with a percentage of problems and issues that for the most part are not our fault. Owners become angry if something happens that costs them money, like maintenance which is unavoidable. We have had them question our management ability due to a water heater going out. Of course tenants get angry if anything costs them money that they do not feel should be charged to them, like the guy who was growing pot in a bedroom... someone broke in, stole his cannabis, damaged the front door and a window so we charged him for the damages. He later lost in court.

BE AWARE OF THIEVES... they will rob you blind! $8,000 stolen from our night drop box. We have to make those rent payments good to the owners and give full credit to the tenants. It is a sick feeling and we decided to close the box until further notice.

Mr. Leske,

Thank you for your email and I’m sorry for the late response.

It is not a violation of the real estate licensing law to publish your fees and commissions. Our office would be concerned if you chose not to honor the advertised or published fees and commissions.

Let me know if you we can be of any further assistance.

I just found out today that we only have five vacant rentals out of more than 540 rental homes and apartments. We are that good, so now we need more rental properties. I have 10 agents to give investors the best service in the state!
