1 kg Rehu fish ( well washed)

Step one: marinate fish with one lemon juice, half tsp salt, black pepper 1 tsp and few droops of kewra water for 15 minutes.
Step two: take a pan put 200 grams of cooking oil put on fire. Now add some dry corn flour or refined flour with fish mix well, fish will absorb corn flour, now fry fish till semi brown.
Step three: make gravy of qalia,
200 grams fine tomato paste.
1 tsp turmeric powder.
1 tsp kasuri methi powder
1 tsp sugar.
2 tsp red chilli powder.
4 tsp coriander Powder.
1 tsp garm masala powder.
1 cup Brown onion
4 tsp besan (gram powder)
Salt to taste.
Mix all together in oil which is left in pan.put on medium fire stir till gravy change in to semi granules.. Now put fish and mix together carefully.
Add coconut milk as per your desire but minimum 200 ml.
Garnish with coriander leafs.
Serve this Qalia with chapati and steam rice.

Dear friends,
Please find this biryani to celebrate New Year, hope you will enjoy this light version of biryani.
Please post a picture here if you cook this biyani along with your experience of cooking and taste.

Ingredients ;

Mutton: 1 Kg ..
Long Grain Basmati Rice: 750grams soak for one hour.
Brown Onion: 2 cups
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 Tablespoon
Salt: 2 Tablespoon or as per tastey
Yellow Chili Powder: 2 Tablespoon
Black Pepper: 1 Tablespoon
Cloves: 10
Green Cardamom: 10
Bay leafs 5 nos
Cinnamon Stick: 2
Garam masala 1tsp
Desi ghee- 200 gram

Step one

All mix together except rice keep on slow fire for 40 to 50 minutes.

Step two

Make YAKHNI with following ingredients;
Milk full creem 400 grams
Saffron: 0ne gram
Kewda Water: 10 grams
All mix together. And put off your mutton from fire add half of the yakni with mutton.

Step three

Take a large pan to Boil Rice and put following ingredients with 3 litters water.
Salt: 7 tea spoon
Cloves: 5
Green Cardamom: 5
Cinnamon Stick: 1
Bsy leafs 2 nos.
Boil this water on high flame when the water boiled put pre sooked rice with it make sure your rice is cooked up to 80%.
Drain water.

Step four

Now Dum your Biryani adding with rice and mutton.
Keep mutton on bottom of pan and boiled drained rice on it.
Now spread rest yakni on it.
Cover it properly and put on semi slow heat for 20 minutes.
After dum your. Biryani is reddy to serve.

Friends, I'm sharing Murgh Musallm recipe With you for coming new year as it was in demand by most of friends. A picture of the same has already being posted today.

Murgh means chicken and Musallam means whole.

Please prepare your self to make this recipe with full concentration.

Step 1- marinade chicken
Get 1 chicken 700 to 800 grams clean and slit and poke.
With
2 tbls lemon juice
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tbls ginger garlic paste
2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala
Marinade the chicken for about 1 hr. Or more

Step 2- steam the chicken till tender in your pressure cooker take it out care fully left over juice in cooker must add with gravy.

Step 3- stuffing
3 cups cooked basmati rice
1 cup mix dry fruits
2 boiled eggs
Salt, 1 tsp garam masala
Some butter
Mix together In a separate pan along with eggs, stuff in hollow of chicken half portion of egg must be use to lock.

Step 4- gravy
1 cup brown onion
1 tbls ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 1tsp corider powder, 1 tsp sugar,
2 tsp lemon juice
Butter to make sauce make a fine gravy pour on chicken.
Or a qurma gravy may also be use.

Step 5- cook in oven.
Take a oven try put chicken here and pour all gravy on it.
Now mugh musallam put in a pre heated oven for 10 minutes. @ 150°.

Step 6- Garnish
put on a large platter garnish with lemon and your favorite Salad.

This Murgh Musallam is a full meal dish, its enough for two persons or some more may also share.

Note: one may skip step 5 if wants gravy base only.

Vegetarian friends may use a full cauli flower with same method they can put rice in side of platter instead of stuffing.
