Awesome day had chasing cars around a beautiful Cornwall Airfield.

For safety we were given only a small stretch of the track to chase the cars which made it difficult to get locked in on each car but it was well worth the challenge and we enjoyed every second.

Also flying with me was fellow DIL Pilots SessionFPV and SliderFPV, we worked as a team with one flying, one being the spotter and the third calling out what cars are coming onto track and when. This system let us pick and choose the cars we chased to maximise our footage on the small track. No quads or cars were harmed in the filming of this video.

Chris and Louis with the UMN (UAV Lab) 1/2 Scale X-56 project. 14' wing span, close to 40 lbs weight, powered by twin electric ducted fans. Today we were just doing partial pull launches to test our bungee launch system. Hopefully we maiden soon!

`My team composed of University of Maryland undergraduate and graduate students want to demonstrate the viability of a solar-rechargeable cyclocopter blimp (Cyclo-Blimp) configuration for future humanitarian missions. Cyclo-Blimp can be used for disaster relief efforts such as surveillance for people trapped in inaccessible areas and delivery of critical medical supplies. With solar-recharging capability, the vehicle would be able to maintain longer flight times and cover longer distances. As an electric vehicle with cyclorotor propulsion system, Cyclo-Blimp has zero carbon emissions and low acoustics which allows it to operate in urban environments.`
