Am I reading this right or is Knit the Flesh pretty much free, infinite healing outside of combat? There doesn't seem to be any restrictions compared to, for example, Healing Drought (which I feel is too restrictive).

What does the 2nd edition cover look like? I have seen the black cover version but is there another 2e cover also?

I am trying to determine if my PDF is 1st or 2nd edition.
