We all know here, that, despite the best intentions government seeks control. We also know, that corporations, despite their rhetoric, essentially seek profits over anything else.

With a corporation, theoretically, we have free choice as to whether we choose to purchase their goods or services, where none is a valid choice.

When, however, the state and corporations combine to enforce monopolistic practices with the use of force and threat of incarceration, this practice of extortion is a new moral low point in western society. To take this to those who can afford it the least..... I feel sick in the stomach thinking about it.

This practice must be stopped ! Follow the money, and I'm sure you won't be surprised as to who is behind such schemes.

Bureaucratic laziness combined with corporate sweetheart deals == profits for the chosen few, and the part of society that pays the price is the part that has the least representation, and the most to lose relatively speaking.

Peace

It might seem like all of California is busy naming scapegoats who consume unfair shares of water during the state’s historic drought. But there’s actually no way for the public to go after the state’s worst water wasters because there’s no way of knowing who they are. Legislation has ensured that much of the state’s water data will never be made public.

URI, Kashmir— A hand-painted truck carrying a load of Pakistani almonds pulled over in Uri, a lonely, picturesque mountain town in Kashmir, on the afternoon of Jan. 17, 2014. Customs agents had searched the driver’s multicolored vehicle at least 30 times over the previous few years without any trouble. Plus the agents liked the driver. …

It's high time for real change, away from the oligarchs controlling this planet. Away from truly evil people like Hillary Clinton working for them.
In this video Luke Rudkowski breaks down critically important information about Hillary Clinton's Presidential announcement and her personal history. SOURC

+Todd Mc Intyre Yeah. Might be nice for NA, but I doubt things will fall apart. The evil witch should have been in jail already together with her husband and a slew of Bushes. All that didn't happen either. Hell, they now even managed to create another Bush-Clinton selection (not election) again. Nothing changed, people are dumber than ever and all will only get worse for the scared slaves.

That alarming incongruity is inseparable from the decision to depart from the Constitutional system. At the highest levels of government, appointed officials meet in secret proceedings to decide whether or not to kill American citizens without due process. The Constitution requires a trial to convict an American of treason. It demands that "no person" be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law. Yet U.S. officials from the Department of Justice, the Pentagon, and the CIA participate in opaque death panels that decide the fates of fellow citizens. They are transgressing against a document that they're sworn to protect and defend.

http://www.nytimes.com/2014/06/30/us/before-shooting-in-iraq-warning-on-blackwater.html?_r=2

NYT reports on a Blackwater official that threatened to kill a government investigator since “no one could or would do anything about it as we were in Iraq”, in an attempt to force an inquiry into Blackwater's gross incompetence, negligence, fraud and wanton disregard for life to be abandoned.
Not long after the security firm’s top manager in Iraq told a State Department investigator “that he could kill” him, an inquiry was abandoned. Weeks later, the firm’s guards killed 17 civilians in Iraq.

Yeah, that's the right way to deal with naughty children. Make sure the little slaves get a criminal record from as young as possible. You can't start early enough with slapping any creativity out of them. Common Core in Optima Forma!

Please don't pay any attention to the total stupidity of the school

Riiiiiight.  I feel like we've heard this sort of thing before.  Like the pledge to IMMEDIATELY close down Gitmo detention center and the pledge to bring more jobs back to the US and so on.  Now I want to see more than just a promise or a pledge for things like that--I want to see a full explanation for how it'll happen and a timeline, since we've been burned so many times.  While we're at it, what happened to that promise for increasing transparency in government, too?  That might help here as well.
The new Republican presidential candidate makes a forceful stand on surveillance.

Manufacturing terrorists, what a nice and concise description of the use of FBI informants.
http://www.realcleardefense.com/articles/2015/04/09/a_new_method_to_deal_with_would-be_terrorists_107857.html
This mentions the different approaches between the FBI (informants) and the Secret Service (a "Meaningful Visit"). Why not discourage the would be "terrorists" instead of encouraging them?
Since the shock of 9/11, the FBI and other policing agencies have shifted how they deal with terrorism. Instead of seeking to bring terrorists to justice after they have committed, or tried to...

How do you spell entrapment?

Gizmodo: FBI's Ocean's Eleven Ruse Went "Too Far," Judge Says.
On Friday, a federal judge ruled that FBI agents had gone too far last summer when they cut off the Internet service to Paul Phua’s Las Vegas hotel room, posed as repairmen, and entered the room without a search warrant.

Not a question of blackmailing, she was open about it so there was no blackmailing..

It is about the association, they don't want to be associated with it.

The MSM here did not tell the story like that, it was told with a feminist background. it was told that BECAUSE she was a woman blablabla.

Wich is bullshit if you look at Dominique Straws-Kahn..

So yeah... Bullshit news..

Here it is.

It's the #LawfulContent term which is most scary.

Funny how the pressure is on. Here in The Penal Colony, ISP iiNet lost a court case and has been ordered to provide account details for people that match IP addresses provided by the protagonists, made up of a bunch of US copyright monoliths.

In a small consolation, the cost of providing such information must be born by the organisation demanding the information.

There is also laws here against speculative invoicing with heavy fines for such behaviour.

There is also a previous ruling that says that an ISP is not responsible for the use of their service by one of their customers, and so are not liable for their customer's alleged copyright violations.

Ultimately, anyone with WiFi would have the same defence as there is no compulsory logging or, for that matter, compulsory security standards for your personal wifi.

Search and seizure of equipment still requires a court ordered warrant, per individual, so the chances of that happening are low, but not unlikely.

Sadly though, there is a sad, and I would say, treasonous precedent, set by our past Prime Minister, John Howard, who allowed an Australian citizen, from the turn of the century warez group Drink or Die, to be deported, charged, and do time in a U.S. federal prison for copyright violations that were allegedly committed (they were never tried here in .au) here in Australia.

Anyway, this will not be the end of this and the legal firms will be running their hands together. It won't be cheap.....

Well, it's clear she will be the sweetheart of the corrupt MSM. It already started before she even announced (all I hear is about bitch Hillary. Are there others?). Normally nobody does anything to raise awareness, so maybe it's good they immediately start these anti things. But I doubt any of these posters will make sense to the brainwashed minds. Even if they would turn it into jail mugshot photo they will probably still vote for her.

Some schools are wasting no time at reporting pupils, even very young pupils, to police and filing criminal complaints for classroom infractions. Those pupils reported are overwhelmingly of color, an investigation has found.

"Pursuant to Booker’s plan, Booker understood that CHS 1 and CHS 2 would build the VBIED, Booker and CHS 1 would eventually deliver it to Fort Riley, and Booker would detonate the VBIED in a suicide attack"

So this was his plan? according to this document his plan was much simpler, but his plan changes all the time. It seems to me that he had some help in his 'planning'
