Title: My Christmas Song
Played in key of D
Written by Sarah Scott

Verse 1:
(D)       D     E    F    A      E
Hark! Hear the angels sing,
  E     F      G      B   A   F       E
And the song of the new King.
    G    A  -  B   D   B    A
Their voices fill the air,
D E     F    A   (F  E)   D
Of a babe in Mary's care.

(Chorus)

Verse 2:
  D      E      F    A         E
The choir of heav'n ring,
E    E    F      G         B       A  F  E  (G) E
As the shepherds, their adoration bring.
  G    A  B    D  B    A
And a star in the sky,
   D  E     F        A    D
Telling Christ is nigh.

Chorus:
   G      A      D       A F    B   C   E    B D
This Christmas story, for all to hear;
C  D   F     B    D      C
Is for all - far and near
  F     A     B    A   E
The coming of Christ
  D     E   F    A        D
And the coming King;
   F     F  G     E      D    D
This is the song we sing

Verse 3:
D      E     F  A     F   E
O come all ye faithful
E     F     G   B - A - F
Joyful and triumphant

Oh come ye, oh come ye to
  F     E    D
Bethlehem!

Let me know what you think.

Title: Who will Go?
Date: 04/28/15
By: Sarah Scott

I hear them, but they hear me not,
Everyday, they travel throughout;
City to city with no family love,
Not knowing someone cares above.

The call of Christ to me;
"Who will go and see,
The lost ones dying alone,
And to them, making me known?"

I looked and saw,
Then stood in awe
Of the people all around,
Then had love in my heart deep down.

"Here am I, Lord"
As I looked toward
The shepherds eyes so kind,
"May I, thy lost sheep to find?"

Now unto the people I go,
And unto them I bestow;
The Gift of Love God gave to me,
And peace for eternity.

I'm thinking about writing another song, but I can't think of anything.
Does anyone have a poem that you want as a song, or any suggestions for a title?

This doesn't have a title, but it means a lot to me. What do you think?
By Sarah Clippinger

There are times I walk in darkness
Not knowing where to go.
Not knowing what's ahead of me,
Discouraged by our Foe.
I forget that Jesus walks beside me
Always holding my hand.
I can't see Him but I know He's there;
He helps me understand:

The path may be narrow but there's room for two
The way may be dark but I've a light;
I don't have to see every step of the way,
For we walk by faith and not by sight.

There are times I hurt my Savior
And disobey His word.
Walking in the shadow of sin,
I turn away from the Lord.
But He's always ready to forgive  my sin,
Waiting to draw me back.
Though unworthy, He reminds me again
That no matter what I lack:

The path may be narrow but there's room for two
The way may be dark but I've a light;
I don't have to see every step of the way
For we walk by faith and not by sight.

I will walk the path God gives me,
Except the good and bad.
For Jesus knows what's best for me
What times there're to be had.
However He chooses to direct my life's
Completely in His hands;
I'll trust with patience because I know
That whatever be His plans:

The path may be narrow but there's room for two
The way may be dark but I've a light;
I don't have to see every step of the way
For we walk by faith and not by sight.
