People today eat way more than they used to - and way more than they need to. This means that they're constantly taking in more calories than their bodies can burn. Unfortunately, lots of us don't realize that we're eating too much because we've become so used to seeing (and eating!) laArge portions. Its common knowledge that people who consistently overeats is likely to become #overweight. But they also risk getting a number of medical problems, including #high blood pressure, #high cholesterol, type 2 #diabetes, bone and #joint problems, #breathing and #sleeping problems, and even #depression. Later in life, people who are #overweight or obese are at greater risk for 3heart disease, #heart failure, and stroke.

My uncle died yesterday. I am fourteen and I never got to say good bye to him. He died because a simie truker fell asleep at the wheel. He's alive my uncle is not. He blew up and died in a fire. SOMEONE ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME.

my friend die yesterday i found out this morning she had a seizure and had to get surgery and she didnt make it she was so sweet all the class were crying today at school i cry all day we have counseling today in the media center but im still sad everyone tells me to remember the good time but i feel so sad  she made everyone so happy she was friendly to everyone she kind make you happy even if you had any problem. </3
