Ok, this is about 60% done, needs clean-up and detail but here is the first spread of the Adam Levine book. Feedback welcome! I'm going for a retro vibe and hoping to make the whole thing a little more adult than just cute. Handwritten type is just quickly put in, it needs lots of work.

DAILY TIP for a BUSY DAY [Less than 10 minutes]
If you have a busy day that has to run on a tight schedule, check out the 30:30 app. I'll be using it today to get through several work tasks that must be completed before 1:30 today. In fact, I'm planning to use it to keep us on track Wednesday morning as well. Basically, you set not only the time you'll spend on each task, but the priority order of tasks as well. Check it out and let me know what you think.

I use the Wunderlist app for any list I need to make- there's one for Beach packing, Camping packing, Work to-dos, Home to-dos, volunteer stuff, a list of movies we want to watch.... beach packing and camping packing are permanent lists so I always have them when we're taking a trip. But I also use it for groceries and I can share it with my husband. I added his weekly grocery run to our shared calendar (thanks for the inspiration, Sarah!) and he went to Publix and NY Butcher Shoppe. He stuck to the list and we came in under budget! And we have four meals and leftovers planned for the week. Have y'all visited NY Butcher Shoppe yet??

I went to visit a friend this afternoon and took this photo of her chore chart. She's got a great system so I wanted to share it!

Inspired by Joanna Gaines - yes she has a whole team of people and systems behind her, but I wonder what had to happen for her to grow to where she is now. I also love how she brings her children into the fold. Business success and quality family time do not have to be independent always.
