Dinner! 1 beefsteak tomato, 3oz crab, 1 stalk celery, 4 artichokes, your fave sugar free Mrs. Dash seasoning, and 1-2TBS paleo mayo. Scoop out the tomato (be careful!). Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stuff!
I'm going to try this with some other things stuffed in it! I am allergic to shellfish, but there are a LOT of ideas going through my head with this concept! This could help replace the sandwich idea for me. I know that not everyone agrees with Tuna fish on a Paleo diet, but I just love tuna (packed in H20). I make a homemade mayo that is all fully Paleo friendly to make it with. Thank you for this idea!
While it may be a chore to chew through a whole melon, it's no chore to dip out a spoonful of a delicious mix of chunked fruit. A fruit salad takes a while to prepare but then if you've included some good acidic fruits like citrus and pineapple, it can last a whole week in the fridge. I like to pour off the juice each day and add to seltzer water for a delightful soda.
