Baked Salmon in Tomatoes - I made this earlier this week and it was delicious. I'm not a huge salmon fan (usually add a sauce to it, to make it more palatable) but this really was tasty - and no sauce! The cherry tomatoes really add flavour and it worked brilliantly with the asparagus. #Paleo #ModernCaveman #GlutenFree #GrainFree #Salmon #Keto

FALLACY: "Our Early Ancestors Ate Meat"

Humans have been eating meat for as long as there have been humans, so it's all right to continue eating meat, right? o.O

Of course, there are many hypotheses about the food our early ancestors ate, as well as what effect it had on their overall health and the evolutionary impacts of their diets. While it's certainly true that some of them ate other animals, it's also true that they did not always do so, just as it's true that individuals, groups and societies have been thriving on plant-based diets throughout history.
