Japanese Sushi Junior Sous Chef  5* luxury hotel Munich, Germany NEW 
Presently we are looking for a young Sushi Junior Sous Chef for this 5* luxury hotel in Munich.The  property is part of an up-market luxury hotelerie company. The Japanese restaurant has around 60 seats. The right candidate should have solid background from leading, 5* international hotels/resorts or restaurants.                                                                                                                                                               The requirements are:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
- Working experience in Europe is of big advantage
- Working experience from top Japanese Restaurants – Japanese Chefs ( Nobu, Koij, Junsui, Ozumo
  etc) is a must!
- Hands-on working knowledge of contemporary and modern Japanese sushi production, Sushi
 Counter is required
- Very good command of the English language
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural team ( Japanese & German )
- Very good interpersonal skills with international guests is a must
- Very good training and motivation skills are a must
- Age 30-37 - Starting date: July-August 2016
- For Japanese nationals only!
- This position is open for single and/or married candidates
A very competitive salary is offered, it is negotiable plus a usual very competitive expat package. ( 2 years contract, yearly flight home, 26 days vacation, public holidyas, medical, insurance, F&B, housing, laundry, transportation, uniform etc.)
