I get the same impression as (Lance Alot), as far as Dust Studios just distributing w/o a partner in the future. One of the problems I'd see with the long term future of "the game" is that there are multiple, non-compatible "Dust" tabletop games out there that use the same models. If you want to play one of those, you're limited to older models (or custom stats). I haven't seen the latest set of rules that Dust Studios has included with those Babylon box sets, but it doesn't seem like they would take full advantage of the units that were distributed by FFG or even Battlefront.
I like the way the models look, and can figure out a way to use them to play "Dust: Warfare" with friends, but I don't see the game as a whole getting its act back together enough to attract many new players.
