I am fairly old. I first became a communist in the New Left of the (late) 1960s. Antifa was not yet popular, but Autonomism (which gave birth to Antifa in the U.S.) was the child of the New Left. I wanted to express my frustration with how hostile so many communists are to Antifa and to libertarian communism or socialism in general. I was hoping that we could discuss some ways to promote more of an interest in Antifa among the Left.

Now, perhaps that is asking for miracles. Although not all participants in Antifa would define themselves as libertarian communists or socialists (although I would personally), it seems to me that our most receptive audience would be left-libertarians.

“even if we disliked Stalin and his autocratic system of rule and believed there were things seriously wrong with existing Soviet society. Our real sin was that unlike many on the Left we refused to uncritically swallow U.S. media propaganda about communist societies”

Hello comrades, I think we should do some debating here and bring in more leftists like ourselves in to the comm. I tried to make some arguments, but was banned, then unbanned since they said I had free speech or something.
