Delectable Pesto Pasta with Roast Chicken and Cherry Tomatoes! The only real cooking is tossing the cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet with some oil to roast until bursting and juicy and cooking a bowl of pasta unless you’ve got some cooked pasta in the fridge from earlier in the week.

These Turkey Cucumber Roll-Ups are a sure fire winner. Since there’s no bread in them you can offer them to gluten-free kids as well. With just a slice of turkey rolled up with cream cheese and cucumber slices they’re simple to prepare, travel well inside a lunch box and are easy finger food for busy eaters.

There's no cooking involved with this recipe, making it an even bigger winner in my eyes (no pun intended). With only 6 ingredients these bite-size Coconut Eyeballs couldn’t be simpler to make. It's also one of those recipes you want to get your kids to help you make as they don’t need to look perfect -- they should be a bit cracked and spooky looking.

These Sunflower Butter Bran Muffins are packed with tons of fiber and are protein-rich to keep kids sated during the day. And since sunflower butter tastes very similar to peanut butter, most kids won't be able to tell the difference. That's good news for everyone in the classroom!

With Halloween right around the corner, I've been experimenting with a bunch of new pumpkin recipes. Pumpkin butter is one of my fall favorites, so one morning after making my first batch of the season, I took a heaping spoonful and dolloped it on top of a warm slice of just-out-of-the-toaster crusty deliciousness. With the back of the spoon I quickly fashioned the pumpkin butter into a pumpkin shape, which was enough to get my kids excited.

Banana Bread is one of those classic recipes that you probably grew up making with your mother in the kitchen. I made this recipe with my mom so often and now I love getting in the kitchen with my own kids to make a family favorite.

It feels like Halloween will be here before we know it! Pumpkin Spice Roll Out Cookies have just the right amount of pumpkin flavor, they’re soft, but hold up to the dough being rolled out and cut into shapes as well as being a ton of fun to decorate.
