PerfExpert Dyno : 206ps (with strong tailwind)
MTR Motorsport chassis dyno : 202ps
Hi everyone, here is a good example of how you can modify a result to correct a test preparation mistake. This video show a PerfExpert dyno test on a 2012 Toyota GT86 that has been previously tested on a chassis dyno at 202ps. This is the first time the drive uses PerfExpert, only with verbal instructions. First result is 218ps but this is mainly due to a wrong additional weight. Weight is then modified on the result itself, to correct the mistake, so result is re-calculated to 207ps. The little difference with the chassis dyno result is mainly due to the strong tailwind this day on the track.
