Blurry summer, just because I did long exposure as the light in the middle of the day was terrible.

Here's the previous photo in 16:9 aspect ratio and a whole different color grading. Hmmm... #ns

Leaving Skyros island on a warm sunrise this summer. I may hate packing and traveling but I never get tired of running up and down the ferry boat's stairs with my cameras, filling up their tiny storage cards.

The camera is to photography what the keyboard is to writing or coding. It's the tool that gets the job done. It's the final result that counts.

But sometimes we just love to show the gear. Who doesn't?

A year ago I was shooting panoramas with my Canon 70D. I just found out that I never stitched them together for this specific one!

View/download the 40-megapixel photo at jmks.co/flickr. I used the 21:9 aspect ratio so it'll make a nice wallpaper for an Ultrawide monitor.

I never understood the amount of planning such a photo required until I dived into photography, especially when it comes to moonrise and #moonset. Not to mention the time pressure that this kind of #photography creates.

I meant to do a video about the process of capturing this picture but I was worried I would end up with a useless video AND missed photo opportunities. The risk was too high compared to the potential reward... 😎

Taken 2 hours ago with the Sony #a7r3 and 100-400mm GM lens. #f

Snapped last September probably in a random night walk around the city.
