5G 通訊模組 SAMSUNG Exynos Modem 5100

採用 10nm 製程工藝，符合 3GPP 機構制訂的最新第 15 版規範與 5G-NR 標準，能使用 6GHz 以下頻段與高頻毫米波（mmWave）。

實驗室測試在 6GHz 頻段中能提供最快 2Gbps 下載速率，高頻毫米波頻段的下載速率更可達 6Gbps，比上 4G LTE 的 1.6Gpbs 快上不少。

SAMSUNG Exynos Modem 5100 通訊模組將與射頻 IC（RFIC）、封包追蹤（Envelope Tracking，ET）和電源管理 IC（PMIC）等解決方案，於今年底正式提交給客戶進行後續產品設計。

遭華為、小米包夾，三星敗走中國市場，又差點丟掉印度一哥寶座。
