I did not plant this. It encroached from next door. It is pretty but it smothers everything in sight. I do not think I will ever get rid of it.

Barbados Fence Flower puts out like never before. I think it liked the hurricane.

Fire Grass love the rain, the summer sun, and oppressive heat. I think it is time to separate this plant and make a larger bed for it.

It is a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Except for the excessive heat and oppresive humidity. (candlestick cassia)

Bougainvillea went into full flush a few days ago. It is odd, because we are in a drought.

I am distraught. The weather is broken. This was it's last bloom 2 years ago. This year it bloomed 2 months too early. Climate change is not a hoax. It usually goes to fruit about 4 weeks after it blooms. This year, the blooms dried up and withered producing no fruit. I believe this variety of Mango is the sweetest on earth. (Mango Tree Totapuri)
