This is come from recipe guide of Famous Recipe Scientist +maria nasir​​ and i am lucky that i am brother of her living in her neighbour... if there is no International borders... then it's like every few months i am on her place enjoying the world best foods made by her... here i used toor daal (yellow lentils) and here i used her optional things... whole Red chillies not the red chilli flakes and chopped fresh coriander leaves...

WoW it was so Tasty... so Spicy... so Tangy...

" Stuffed Green Chilli Fritters (AkA Mirchi Pakora ) "
When its Raining thats the perfect time to make Pakoras... In India and neighbouring countries of India... Its kind of cool localised tradition.. Raining and eating Pakoras... as yesterday it was raining and today to its raining even now... so yesterday i made awesome Stuffed Green Chilli Fritters.... from recipe Guide of My Dearest neighbour.. +maria nasir didi... I made same type of Fritters... a week ago.. that 1st time... and there i learned at practical level how much time and at what heat i have to fry it... so that was fail and win... so this time yesterday... i tried didi +maria nasir recipie... and with confidence i just filled two chilli and and fry it in oil and both come out perfect.... Hurrah...

Awesome Chilli and tasty... Yum Yum.. Yummy

Pav Bhaji - The Famous Indian Street Food
Few days ago I thought let's make Pav Bhaji... so i instantly on my g+ search... put Pav Bhaji so to get awesome recipie.. and omg so much recipe and 3 came from my dearest Food bloggers... my G+ friends... so i go to only that 3 recipes.. as all 3 are on core principle same... but all 3 rocking recipe scientists put their unique touch there... thats why they are called as Recipe Scientist... that unique touch make all three of them uniquely rocking food blogger

So as far Pav Bhaji... i can say omg it's so easy means super easy to make... and when you make at home.. means it's 99.9% healthy and hygienic too... lol that's what every dish washing soap say it's 99.9% kill bacteria and all that.. hehehe...

The Base of whole Making is of my dearest frnd +maria nasir Recipe guide... " Flaky Crust Samosas, South Asian Cuisine " . Only thing i extra added is Mint leaves.. awesomely chopped and in quite Good amount.. its depend on taste i like mint leaves so much so i added tons of it and made the fill material full minty... That's my garnishing indicates that... Mint leaves for Minty and Lemon slices for Tangy The Minty Tangy Samosa with green chilly sauce and tamarind sauce...

Yes It's Again my Fav.. Jolly... +Jolly Homemade Recipes  A usual dish for me... Kadhi(curry) and Rice...
What unusual here for me that I always make the Onion Pakoda but this time i made Plain simple Besan Pakoda... thats came from my Frnd Jolly style... check the recipie as she Explained both the Plain Besan Pakora and also the Onion Pakoda...
This is kind of learning For me and need more practice why.. My mom always make Kadhi(curry) with besan Pakoda... (her Process is pure different..i feel much complicated lol ) and the one she made is inside out pure soft... it's like it goes in mouth and vanish type pakoda... i only make Kadhi(curry) with onion pakoda.. what can i say... being not a vampire and fultoo north Indian... onion it's everywhere i use.. lol...
So this time i used the ways of Jolly... and i must say i need practice... and kind of well made batter plus the temperature of oil.. in which you deep fry... my 1st attempt.. it was epic fail... because all like red burned lol.. super heated oil.. my uncare attempt lol and the onion pakoda batter that i feel i am expert of.. is more like tight/thick batter not like this liquid - ish but my second attempt thats the photo here... its came out good but not soft in core... but soon with many future attempt i will master it... definitely...

Idli Manchurian

It's 1st time I made Idli Manchurian and huya.. Super awesome tasty... Thanks to my dearest frnd +Shana Shameer and her Recipe of Idli Manchurian -South Indian Chinese Makeover. I super enjoyed making it as i love to shake the pan by my hand.. toss the stuffs of pan lol... Not got the red chilli and celery.. added all colors of bell pepper.. green yellow red... It's so super yummy... i Love it...

Idli with Sambar and Senagapappu Kobbari Pachadi (Coconut & Roasted Chana Dal Chutney)

A awesome Complete South Indian Meal... very Popular one.. i love it super much... and made many times by the help of mom... This time I made a different type of chutney with it.. not my usual one.. this chutney i not even knew about till i saw +Jolly Homemade Recipes  Jolly's Post of her recipe of this Chutney. It's named as Senagapappu Kobbari Pachadi (Coconut & Roasted Chana Dal Chutney) and i can say omg its awesome and yummy chutney.. i love to make it... reason is... i love to shake the pan by my hand.. toss the stuffs of pan and i enjoyed that while making it.. lol... Super thanks to my frnd Jolly for this awesome recipe... As far Sambar recipe it's kind of same every where with little change and also for the idli recipe thats to kind of same.. i used 4:1 proportion .

Aloo Gobi Curry/ Spicy Cauliflower n Potatoes Curry

This time i used Recipe Guide of my Fav.. +maria nasir .. I made Aloo Gobi Curry lots of time but thats " Aloo Gobi recipe Restaurant Style - Dhaba Style Aloo Gobhi " thats a whole different process than this one that i made yesterday by the recipe guide of my dearest +maria nasir ..
Now the Guru's Twist... " Kasoori methi are dried fenugreek leaves " i add that too to original recipe of dearest +maria nasir ... dried fenugreek leaves have slightly bitter bite but addictive taste... so very little amount i added... Reason i added dried fenugreek leaves as it's kind of one of Ingredient of Aloo Gobi recipe " Restaurant Style - Dhaba Style Aloo Gobhi" that i made many times... so it's like fusion of two style recipe... lol... in " Aloo Gobi recipe Restaurant Style - Dhaba Style Aloo Gobhi ".. both Potatoes and Cauliflower are deep fried... thats the biggest difference what i made in past and what i learned from this recipe of my dearest +maria nasir ...
I must Say its super much Tasty... like Omg Tasty... Maria Rocks

Sabudana‬ ‪‎Khichdi / Sago Khichdi / Tapioca pearls Khichdi
It is a one of most Popular.. super tasty.. fasting dish for festivals like Navratri and etc.. etc... as we Hindu/Indian have like every Next day is fasting Day.. if you can do it type.. lol..
For me It's my favorite Indian Fast Food rather than A Food For Fasting Day.. ( I am 28 and Pure Brahmin and still i never ever did Fasting on any festival or fasting Days lol... )

I make this Sabudana‬ ‪‎Khichdi very often.. but bit of my ways... but this time i put my ways and also learned new thing by my favorite +Jolly Homemade Recipes​... thats lemon juice... it's 1st time i put lemon juice and i must say omg... yes it became so awesome... tasty... Jolly Rocks...
The whole process is same as the below recipe guide of my favorite jolly... just i do not add potatoes and sugar and i used crushed peanuts rather than coarse powder peanuts... i added a pinch of HING (Asafoetida) and red chilli powder... too hot and spicy lol...

Its my 1st time try to make Kadhai Paneer with Gravy . Its North India's famous vegetarian dish (curry). It can goes well with Breads (roti) and here it's with Rumali Roti.
I used the Recipe guide of +Jolly Homemade Recipes  whole process is same except i also added two more spices little pinch mainly for coloring factor that are Alkanet and Turmeric.
