MAJOR KEY: NANOGREENS

This is NOT a drill! These greens are good with water (hot or cold), and mixed into a recipe - see the SUPER FOOD SMOOTHIE! Drinking a cup of water with NANOGREENS boosts your nutrients and tastes great! If you don't like it initially, give it an extra 2-3 tries.. you may be surprised :)

Can't wait to try new recipes soon. Any ideas?

Enjoy!

~1/3 cup of water

Enjoy!

PS @PeanutButterLovers! My mom loves this smoothie with an added teaspoon of Justin's Almond Butter :)

I <3 FALL BOWL:

What happens when you get too many vegetables... you need to roast them all immediately to make room in the fridge!

INGREDIENTS:
Sautéed Kale
Roasted Sweet Potato
Roasted Radish
Roasted Cauliflower
Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Toasted Almonds and Walnuts (careful - they only need to be toasted for about 1-2 minutes or they will burn!)

I prefer to roast veggies in the oven with a very simple recipe:  only using olive oil cooking spray, salt, and pepper!
1. Spray the foil-lined baking sheet, then lay out the cut veggies on the foil
2. Spray the olive oil one more time on top of the veggies (or drizzle with a spoonful of olive oil)
3. Add a little salt and pepper.
4. Roast for 15-20 minutes at 350, and then flip the veggies or mix them up so they cook all around.
5. Roast for 15-20 more minutes (I like my veggies very well done, so I leave them in until they are a little bit crispy!)

How do you like roasting your veggies this fall?

BERRY DELICOUS OATMEAL <3

Presentation: A+! Another beautiful breakfast creation from Jack! Simple, easy to make, and perfect for a chilly fall morning.

Prepare any type of oats (I prefer steel cut, and quick cook!), and add the berries of your choice (peaches and apples also are wonderful with oatmeal). Emphasis on berry presentation is optional :)

What are your favorite toppings?
