What a beauty! This is the 'new build' Mustang GT500CS restomod by custom builders, Sutton.

It features a 5.4-litre 520hp V8 (with racing pistons, high-performance camshaft and eight-port fuel injection) modern five-speed manual gearbox, limited-slip diff, adjustable coil-over setup, power steering, a mix of old dials and modern tech in the cabin (including infotainment), and LED lights.

They can build you one for £190,000-300,000 depending on spec. The one that'll be on display at the London Motor Show (pictured) will set you back £250,000.

This is one classy promo film (watch it in the comments)... Automotive aficionado and multi-award winning actor Idris Elba explores his “lifelong obsession” for cars in a new film for Grand Basel, the ultimate show for automotive masterpieces. Grand Basel will commence a global tour starting this September, and the movie provides an exclusive preview.

Sneak preview of two of the six limited edition pins we'll be selling when we launch in the next few weeks. New ones will be released each month and full sets will be availble. There's a slight delay launching O&G due to some unexpected new link-ups and projects, but things will be kicking off by the end of May.

In the meantime, we still have a few of the old pins left in stock here: https://oilandgasoline.cc/products/official-oil-gasoline-40mm-enamel-pin

We're big fans of 'built not bought' when it comes to retro bikes, such as cafe racers, scramblers, etc. However, this new little monkey from Jawa has caught our attention. The Special is based on the firms existing 397cc parallel twin (which in turn is based on the Indian owners Mahinda’s engine, which is based on the Chinese Shineray XY400... got it?) and only kicks out 28hp. But, it's A1 license friendly, will cost just over £5000 and it's ripe for an engine swap... we're thinking 2-strokes or even older, classic and more powerful Jawa engines. Just bear in mind the skinny tyres will limit tyre choice drastically. Either way, it's the cheapest and easiest way into retro cafe racer/race replica ownership.
