Got frustrated with ilink32 and all stuff, so to redeem balance, decided to compile and run es framework tests in VisualStudio 2017 (AKA 14.1)
It's been about 6 years since I stopped maintaining CMakeLists and code compliance with MS products, so it was rather chalenging, but managed to complete it in 5 hours, cleaning, correcting, brushing up.
The project and the test set is the same as previously described.

No special optimization options was set, just a generic release version.
The monolythic (statically linked exe) is 5 128 192 bytes, almost two times smaller than ECC25 (9900+) and two times smaller, than ECC24 (10000+).
Despite small inconsistency in file path parser tests, the rest of the code is doing at approximately same rate, both VC, and ECC.

The scripting calls are slightly faster in VC, maybe due to more robust code generation for stl library.
