"Beekman Central to Host Google Summit" from the Press Republican

"Beekmantown Central Director of 21st-Century Learning Gary Lambert approached the organization about hosting such an event at his school, and the EdTechTeam agreed.

"We previously sent teams to Google Summits and found them to be transformative to teaching and learning," BCSD Superintendent Dan Mannix told the Press-Republican.

The district, he noted, has also "spent considerable time in the digital teaching and learning space, as our students take home Chromebooks, and we provide WiFi to those in need."
