My 'Stop Doing' List Experiment The idea behind a Stop Doing is that it eliminates the things not serving you and helps to define your boundaries. I’m always up for an experiment so I decided to give this a try. See if any of the things on my list sound familiar to you! http://ow.ly/s1mo306cf0d

Warning - Mini Rant: I hate the way we have this need to label each other. Labeling leads to stereotyping, and that leads to assumptions, all because we’re too damn lazy to try and understand each other. While there are endless examples, the source of my morning mini rant is the latest in the endless stream of studies on Introverts vs. Extroverts which has introduced a new label, the Extroverted Introvert! I get it - labeling things is just easier, black / white, rich / poor, pit bulls / every other dog on the planet, democrats / republicans, introverts / extroverts / extroverted introverts, and sure to be coming soon, introverted extroverts. The quote below says it all for me.

What can you do today you could not do a year ago? We tend to only count the BIG wins, but you don't achieve important goals with one or two steps, rather it takes many small steps along the way. Have you learned something new? Maybe mustered the courage to test yourself in some way? Give yourself a little pat on the back and savor the moment. You deserve it!
