Sales of brand new condos in the GTA were 2,003 in May, comprising the majority of 2,345 total new home sales.

Should I follow my gut when selecting a tenant for my investment property? NO, NEVER EVER. That is like selecting a brain surgeon because he/she has a nice smile. Make a logical decision after reviewing the Tenant’s credit history, employment letter and confirm each reference you were given. Last Dec, the Ontario government passed the Strengthening Protection for Ontario Consumers Act, which included measures which will enable the government to change current multiple representation rules. This is a complicated topic ( eg. one agency representing both the Seller and the Buyer in the same transaction ) and as such, it not expected that these changes will be in place before 2019. #Brampton #Georgetown www.jimbroadley.com
