We make this one pot meal with pasta, spinach and tomatoes and sometimes use zucchini or eggplant.

Young potatoes with dill are tasty and easy to make. Unlike ordinary potatoes, young potatoes have a a very thin skin which does not need to be removed before cooking. As a result, all the Vitamin B-6, Vitamin C, thiamine and iron remain in the potato. The skin is thin and brings an additional taste to the potatoes that enlightens the freshness of spring.
