ONE DOWN, ONE TO GO: With Mega Man 11 finally being made official, there's just one more thing every diehard Mega Man fan wants. That would be Mega Man Legends 3. I say that as someone who not only played both Legends games but also imported their Japenese versions as well as the Tron and Kobun side story from Japan (AND bought it again when it came to the U.S. as the Misadventures of Tron Bonne). Heck, I'd even appreciate a Mega Man Legends 1 and 2 remake done in the vein of the Wind Waker on Wii U. That Win Waker remake made my niece a big Zelda fan. Maybe a #MegaManLegends remake will do the same for her and a younger generation who primarily know Mega Man from Smash Bros., hm? Make it so, Capcom!

POKEMON'S LAST HURRAH FOR 3DS? All good things must come to an end. And if all indications hold true, then #Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon would be the last mainline Pokemon #games to hit the #3DS as the popular series packs up and heads on over to the #NintendoSwitch. So is this last journey worth taking the trip? Check my review below for my thoughts as well as a rundown of that's new in the game. So what's your favorite Pokemon generation so far? Make sure to post your favorite Pokemon game in the comments!

I SENSE A DISTURBANCE IN THE FORCE: Star Wars Battlefront 2 was supposed to be the chosen one, the game that righted the wrongs of its predecessor. And it certainly looked like it would with the addition of a campaign on top of its multiplayer modes. But then something happened along the way and it ended up as the poster child for #microtransactions taken a step too far. That being said, the game does some things well, too. So is this the droid, er, #StarWars game you're looking for? For my thoughts, check out my Star Wars #Battlefront2 review below.

GROUND, MEET BOOTS: Just in case you missed it, the latest #CallOfDuty game is more focused on boots on the ground. That's boots on the ground, boots on the ground and even more boots on the ground. Anyway, Call of Duty returns to its familiar roots with #CallOfDutyWWII, a high-octane take on the most destructive war in human history. The game eschews the jetpacks and advanced tech of recent entries in the series with more traditional combat and appearances by awkward and angry Josh Duhamel. Seriously, guy needs to chill in this game. So is #CODWW2 a much welcome return to form for the series? I share my take in the review below.

PAYBACK'S A, WELL, YOU-KNOW-WHAT: At least that's the case for the latest entry in EA's long-running driving series. Need for Speed Payback has some obvious fast and furious dreams based on its narrative and art direction. There's certainly stuff to like here including a vast sandbox to explore and a beefy list of cars to collect. A shallow protagonist combined with a mobile game-style grind and card system, however, add some speed bumps to its path. So what do you think about #NeedForSpeedPayback? For my thoughts, click on the link below.

STALK LIKE AN EGYPTIAN: Say hello to Bayek, the Liam Neeson of Ancient Egypt. Let's just say that he will find you, and he will kill you, regardless of how high and mighty you might be. Yup, the #AssassinsCreed series turns back time all the way the age of Antiquity in Assassin's Creed Origins. The first thing I noticed about this game are the visuals for sure. Dang, it looks so purdy. But does the gameplay stack up to its nice graphics? I share my thoughts in the review below.

MIGHT MAKES REICH: Recent events in the United States have led to the rise of one of the most important questions of our time. That question would be: Is it OK to punch a Nazi? I know this because that's the top result that comes up in my Google search when I type "is it ok." Not sure if that's just for me but Google apparently thinks that is the most relevant topic for yours truly. Now, not everyone thinks its OK to punch a Nazi. After all, you don't want to encourage violence if someone is being a douchebag in a peaceful manner. Then you've got BJ Blazkowicz of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. I'll go out on a limb here but I think he's OK with punching Nazis. In case you missed it, here's my review of the game:

MAKE LIKE A TREE AND LEAVE: Between the arrival of the Xbox One X plus the previous release of the PS4 Pro and shiny new graphics cards and CPUs for PC, today's video game world is one marked by an emphasis on power. Despite that, however, you still have games that hew to a video game design approach that is decidedly old school. One of those is the Etrian Odyssey series, which recently released the latest entry in the long-running dungeon-crawler franchise. Is old school still cool? Here are my thoughts on Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth.

HEY, HEY, LET'S GO KENKA SURU: The mouthy, little brainchildren of Matt Parker and Trey Stone are at it again as they pursue their superhero fantasies in South Park: The Fractured But Whole. The followup to The Stick of Truth features the JRPG-style hijinks of the original game plus a new combat grid to add a bit more "strategery" to its battles. No cow is too scared once again as South Park's little denizens deal with all sorts of themes including "yaoi" or boy's love. As someone who has frequently visited Japan, that BL stuff is seriously multiplying at places like Akihabara and the like. Anywho, here are my thoughts on the game.
