#f Pulled chicken - spinach burger served with sunny side egg and chilli mashed potatoes.

How I made it:
- Take boneless chicken breast (you can use the whole breast or cut it into strips)
- Season it well with salt and any spices you like and pan grill on both sides until it is cooked through.
- Add turmeric, 1/2 cup vinegar, 2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar to 1 cup water, bring it to a boil. Turn off heat and add sliced english cucumber, onion, peppers and jalapenos. Drain water after 20 minutes or longer and keep the pickled veggies aside.
- Take boiled potato, cut it into 1/2 inch thick slices (like a patty), pan grill the slices until its crisp on the outside. Season well with garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper.
- Take egg and make a sunny side up. Add cilantro and season with salt.
- Take a burger bun, toast it, add 3-4 large spinach leaves (stalks removed), add chicken, pickled veggies, grilled potato, onion slice, tomato slice, add mayonnaise, mustard, top it with sunny side egg.
- Place a cheese slice on the other bun while its hot so that cheese melts.
- Serve with mashed potatoes mixed with onion, mustard seeds and chilli peppers.

Simple 10 minute Grilled Chicken ..

How I made it:
- Take Chicken legs, make deep cuts across, apply salt and sear it well on all sides in a hot oiled pan.
- Reduce heat, cover the pan with a lid and let the legs cook until meat starts falling off the bone
- Increase heat to high, add garlic butter sauce and chilli peppers to the same pan, finish off with cilantro. (you can add any of the spices you like at any stage)
